What transfers and when
Copyright transfers once you have paid in full. It covers the finished film, original script, project files and delivered assets, with no limits on territory or term, and includes translation, localization and adaptation. Payment is a 50% deposit at signing and the remaining 50% within one month of the final cut.
Can it be used commercially
Yes. Images and video are generated on paid accounts on closed-source commercial platforms whose user agreements allow commercial use. AI voiceover and AI music are also generated on paid accounts under terms that allow commercial use.
If you want a specific commercial song or a human voice actor, we buy the license separately at actual cost: we quote the amount first and purchase only after your written approval.
Can purely AI-generated images be registered
Whether purely AI-generated images can be registered for copyright on their own in some countries depends on local law. What we guarantee is two things: no infringement of third-party rights, and the transfer of all rights we hold to you.
If you need proof of where the content came from, we can provide the platform and model list, subscription invoices, user agreement links and time-stamped generation records.
Portfolio display and confidentiality
After you release the film publicly, we may show clips in our portfolio in ways that don't affect your interests. If you only need confidentiality before release, a standard NDA is enough; if the whole project can never be shown, please tell us at signing, as it affects the quote.
