What we do
- Custom AI video: commercials, brand and corporate films, product videos, government and tourism promos, event openers and giant-screen videos, AI short films and music videos, animated micro-dramas—or just the AI visuals within a film.
- AI visual design: posters and brand visuals, characters and IP, art direction, and pre-production assets for video.
- AI training and courses: corporate AI training and AI video workflow training; for individuals, the AI Story, Ad & Promo Film Masterclass.
- Lab: our in-house AI Motion Editor and other creative tools make revisions and delivery faster; with the same approach of Claude-written code we also offer UI design and custom tools (interfaces, industry tools, AI agents and websites).
We handle scripts, AI image and video generation, editing and AI voice-over ourselves; for 3D animation and human voice actors we work with long-term partners as each project requires.
How we work
The process: script → style, character and location assets → storyboards → first cut → revised cut → final, with your written approval at every step before we move on. A 1–2 minute film usually has a first cut in about a week and the final in about another week; a sample demo can be ready the same day; rush production is available, with timeline and price agreed case by case. We take on projects from a few thousand to several hundred thousand yuan, priced by running time and production tier—see Process & Pricing.

Our story
From our founder training AI models to a team making AI video for CCTV, the NDRC, Kuaishou and more.
As design lead of the open-source component library Element Plus, our founder Huang Zhongzhong spoke on “Upgrading the Element Plus Design System” at Tencent’s Design Ecosystem Day.
Took up AI model training and built the 3D icon model BDicon; ranked No. 1 among design model creators and No. 6 overall on LiblibAI in 2023.

Huang Zhongzhong, known online as “AI Alchemist Zhongzhong”, is the founder and CEO of Liandan AI Studio. A former UI designer, he began training AI models in 2023 and built the 3D icon model BDicon, ranking No. 1 among LiblibAI design model creators that year; he then moved into commercial AI video and is a Kling AI Super Creator. Where the name comes from
In the industry, training an AI model is called “brewing elixirs” (liandan), and people who do it call themselves “alchemists”. We named the company Liandan because we want to refine every piece of work the way an alchemist refines an elixir—again and again.

How is AI video production priced?
We take on projects from a few thousand to several hundred thousand yuan. Pricing is by running time and production tier, billed in whole minutes with anything under a minute counted as one; the tier depends on visual difficulty and revision needs, and Standard is the default. The quote lists the total, what’s included, the number of revision rounds and any extra charges. A 50% deposit is paid at signing and the balance within a month of the final cut. How long does an AI promo film take?
For a 1–2 minute film, usually a first cut in about a week and the final in about another week; a sample demo can be ready the same day. Series and longer films are scheduled by episode count and difficulty. Rush production is available; timeline and price are agreed case by case.
Can you take on overseas and English-language projects?
Yes. We have made an AI smart-hardware ad for UK brand OHMAI and an AI product video for Oman’s ChatRaha (with English voice-over and subtitles), and we accept payments from overseas.
