Every film looks the same
Towers, meeting rooms, high-fives—swap the logo and it’s another company; students can’t tell you apart.
Graduates choosing an employer want specifics: what they’ll do, who they’ll work with, who they’ll become in a few years. Most recruiting films offer building exteriors and a row of smiles, and with campus season packed into a few months, every business line needs a video while staff can’t be pulled off work to appear.
We turn recruiting films into “a day at work.” Photos of your offices, labs and lines recreate the setting; with staff consent, their own photos become scenes of them at work; and we follow a new hire from day one to leading a first project, making roles and growth paths concrete.

Towers, meeting rooms, high-fives—swap the logo and it’s another company; students can’t tell you apart.
You want frontline engineers and star new hires on camera, but projects are running and one shoot takes many approvals.
Outsiders don’t know what algorithm, supply-chain or process roles actually do, and job descriptions are dry.
Your own desks, labs and workshops on screen—not a generic stock office.
Staff just supply photos and consent; nobody stops work to rehearse or film.
Same style and characters, made into a series by role so each business line has its own.
Landscape for campus talks, vertical shorts for Douyin, Xiaohongshu and WeChat Channels—wherever students scroll.
Two or three minutes on what the company does, what new hires do and how they grow—opens the campus talk.
One each for R&D, sales, production and support roles, built from the most typical moments of the day.
Follow a trainee through rotations, projects and leading a team—years of growth in a minute.
Canteens, dorms, team outings and mentoring—the details students care about, as vertical shorts.
Each step comes to you for approval before we move on.
Priority roles, training programs, workplace photos, plus photos and consent from staff willing to appear.
We write each role as a new hire’s day or first year, then show storyboard stills for staff to confirm likeness.
We generate video, add narration or first-person voiceover, music and subtitles, and cut campus-talk and short versions.
We deliver in batches around talks, applications and interviews, and add new roles later in the same style.

The same approach: a Longgang city short follows four young people’s days to show four sides of the city—recruiting films can do this for roles.
