Following Longgang's Divine Horse on a hunt for seven treasures, an industry pitch becomes a bright 3D adventure.
01 / Background
Longgang's investment promotion at the 22nd Cultural Industries Fair was aimed at AIGC creators and industry partners nationwide, introducing its competitions, policies, platforms, spaces, enterprises, talent and works. Each of the seven has its own focus, and going through them one by one easily turns into a checklist. The task was to make viewers remember these strengths and see how, together, they support creative work and industry growth.
The film casts Longgang's original IP, the “Longgang Divine Horse,” as a guide and draws the digital creative corridor as a treasure map. Each treasure found opens up one industry sector; once all are collected, the Divine Horse's adventure turns into an invitation: let's build the Longgang AIGC Industry Hub together.
02 / Creative Highlights
The seven sectors need to stay distinct yet add up to a whole. A trophy, a book, a key, a house, a gem, a star and a projector are the nodes on the map, and a path of light that lights up step by step marks how far the journey has come, so viewers get a clear cue before each new section.
Policies and services can feel abstract, so the red-robed Divine Horse leads viewers into a model of the city, the stands of a competition arena and creative spaces. As it flies, discovers and interacts, the introduction becomes a series of actions, and the bright 3D animation puts landmarks and industry information into one friendly visual world.
“Quanyu Xiepai” and “OOHART” stand on either side of the corridor, and two streams of light merge into a key in front of the Divine Horse's chest. The booths on the left and right show which two services they are, and the key forming in the middle shows that together they make up the platform resources; an abstract service becomes a treasure you can hold, carry and return to the map.
A treasure-hunt story needs a clear sense of completion. The ending returns to the fully lit map and a panorama of the city, where the seven treasures come together as the “Longgang AIGC Industry Hub,” and viewers move from remembering individual resources to understanding that together they form a complete industry ecosystem.
03 / Scene Breakdown
The camera pushes in over Longgang's urban area, and the red-robed Divine Horse steps out of a beam of golden light. It flies past a stadium and high-rises as lines of district data float up in the air one after another, and finally lands on a wood-toned digital creative corridor, where a treasure map unrolls at its feet with all seven icons still gray.
The golden light disperses, and the Divine Horse stands in the middle of a city model waving at the camera, beside a stadium like the Universiade Center and an orange art center.

At the end, the Divine Horse invites AIGC creators and industry partners nationwide to build the Longgang AIGC Industry Hub together.

Seven industry strengths had to be explained to AIGC creators and industry partners nationwide in three minutes. Read out one by one, they easily become an investment checklist.
We told it differently: Longgang's original IP, the “Longgang Divine Horse,” takes a treasure map and treats the seven strengths as seven treasures to find, one by one.
This is our work for Longgang District's investment promotion at the 22nd China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair. The film runs 3:06 and was delivered in 4K.

Longgang has a “Longgang Digital Creative Industry Corridor” lined with industrial parks and communities. The materials the client gave us included a planning map of this corridor.
We turned it into a scroll-style treasure map and gave each of the seven strengths an icon: a trophy for competitions, a book for policies, a key for platforms, a house for spaces, a gem for enterprises, a star for talent, and a projector for works. A blue path of light links the seven icons, and the order they light up is the order the film tells them in.
So before each new section, viewers can see on the map which treasure they've reached. However long the film runs, no one gets lost.

All 30-plus shots star the same Divine Horse. Before generating any images, we locked a turnaround of the character: a red mandarin-collar Tang jacket, gold frog buttons, and a pale gold ribbon trailing behind. Every approved frame after that was generated from this sheet.
We also tried several rounds of visual style. The first concept was dark and cyberpunk; the client wanted something brighter and livelier. We switched to a daytime miniature-model style: buildings and roads look like models made of polished wood and translucent resin, edged with a thin line of light blue, under a clear pale-blue sky.
The texture stays the same when the scene changes. The client wanted the arena's podium and stands to match the style of the city scenes, so we aligned the lighting, colors and materials, and the Divine Horse appears to stay in one world all the way from the city to the arena.

A treasure hunt has to show progress. For the treasure map, we prepared a set of states that light up step by step: at first everything is gray; find the trophy and the trophy lights up, get the book and the book lights up, until all seven are lit.
These states came out of a revision. In the first version, all seven icons were already in color the moment the map unrolled, so viewers couldn't tell how many were still missing. The final version made them all gray and lit them one by one from the first treasure.
Every segment repeats the same set of actions: get the treasure, the treasure becomes a beam of light, flies back to the map, and the matching icon lights up. The actions stay the same while the scene changes each time: the arena, the policy corridor, the conveyor belt in the clouds, the enterprise hall, the platform in the sky. Once viewers know the rhythm, by the time all seven are collected at the end, it naturally feels complete.

The map appears in many different shots. For fixed scenes we changed only part of the image, such as lighting up a single icon, and left the rest of the composition untouched, so the spatial relationships stay intact from shot to shot.

Policies, platforms and services are things you can't see or touch. We gave each of them an image that can move.
For the two platforms, “Quanyu Xiepai” is on the left with a camera and lights, and “OOHART” is on the right with oil paintings. Each shoots a beam of light, and the beams merge into a golden key in front of the Divine Horse's chest. The two signs say which platforms they are; the key in the middle says that together they are a resource you can actually get your hands on.

This was a film for Longgang, and the people of Longgang had to recognize their own district. For the opening shots, we based miniatures on the shapes of real buildings such as the Universiade Center, the Bantian Twin Towers and the Longgang International Art Center, and had the Divine Horse fly over them.
There is also a lot of text on screen: platform introductions, company names, talent profiles and titles of works. The client wanted this text built directly into the images, with not a single character wrong. We checked every sign and card against the client's copy, character by character, and regenerated any image with an error.
The client also wanted the voiceover and visuals to match one to one: whichever treasure the voiceover mentions is the one on screen. We extended several shots to fit the voiceover, and the subtitles follow the lines. At the client's request, the closing map of Longgang was also drawn more simply, without expressway names.
Some shots changed framing for clarity. In the shot where the key flies back to the map, for example, the first version was a wide shot with the Divine Horse standing in the corridor and the map hanging in the distance; the final version pushed in to a close-up of the map, so viewers can see where the key lands and which icon lights up.

The most common investment promotion film flips through data, lists and slogans page by page. In this film, the same seven items became one Divine Horse's treasure hunt.
The treasure map lets viewers know where the story is, the repeated “get it, fly it back, light it up” gives each item a memorable image, and when all seven are collected at the end, it lands naturally on the invitation: let's build the Longgang AIGC Industry Hub together.
For us, the project also showed something: AI can quickly produce 3D animation for more than 30 shots, but making them tell one story, look recognizably like Longgang and get every character right still depends on structural design up front and checking approved frames one by one.
FAQ
Before production, we locked a turnaround of the Divine Horse: costume, colors, ribbon and proportions were all fixed, every approved frame was generated from it, and the visual style used the same description throughout. So from the city and the arena to the exhibition hall and the sky platform, the Divine Horse's look never changes.
We turned the seven items (competitions, policies, platforms, spaces, enterprises, talent and works) into seven treasures linked by one treasure map. After each item, one icon on the map lights up, so viewers always know which item they're on, and when all seven are collected at the end, it lands right on the investment invitation.
We received the final script in mid-May, first locked the style and the Divine Horse turnaround, then produced approved frames for more than 30 shots, generated video, recorded the voiceover and edited. The 4K film was delivered in about a week, in time for the 22nd Cultural Industries Fair.
This film was delivered as a 3840×2160 4K landscape film, 16:9, running 3:06, with voiceover, subtitles and an AI-generated score, suitable for playback at the fair and on big screens at promotion events.
Approach
The order in which the seven treasures light up was built into the storyboard first, then matched with character actions, scenes, voiceover and sound effects. All seven sections share the visual identity of the Longgang Digital Creative Corridor, with a consistent style inside and outside the arena; the map and corridor are both story settings and the backbone of the film's information.
The action set of “get the treasure, return to the map, light up its spot” recurs throughout, and where the icons go and how scenes connect all follow from it. Viewers see progress with every treasure collected, so the full set at the end feels earned.
Industry names, service descriptions and voiceover all match the visuals one to one, and the character's performance is handled separately from the text. The platform signs on the left and right stay still while the key in the middle changes, so the text stays readable and the action stays fun; bright wood, resin textures and pale-blue paths of light keep the character and the city in one style.
To keep the visuals continuous, we used two methods: preparing different step-by-step lit states for the map, and retouching only parts of fixed scenes while leaving the rest of the composition untouched. Only the character's actions and the treasure progress change, the spatial relationships stay stable, and viewers feel they're moving forward along the same path the whole time.
