01 / Background
On a 15th-anniversary stage, how do you make a company's technology easy to understand?
This tech promo was made for Ziroom's 15th-anniversary event and played on site. It had to explain the four products of the Ziroom AI Tech Platform: the Ziroom App for renters, the Ziroom Owner App for owners of a single home, Ziroom Asset Management PMS for owners of a whole building or community, and Super Property, the app front-line housekeepers use.
The hard part was the amount of information: four products, dozens of product screens and more than twenty data points, explained clearly and comfortably in five minutes. We made the real product screens the stars, added live-action and AI-generated everyday scenes, and gave every line of narration a matching picture. From script to the full film and the wide big-screen version took two days.
02 / Creative Highlights
Real screens, clean layouts, one color system: lots of information, no clutter.
01
Real product screens take the lead
Every app screen in the film comes from screenshots and screen recordings supplied by Ziroom; no interface is AI-generated. Phones and laptops are just frames: when a feature is mentioned, its page flies into the phone or is enlarged. Real names, addresses and phone numbers in the screenshots were replaced with fictional details.
02
One shot, one point
Light grey backgrounds with touches of Ziroom red, and only one subject and one focus per shot. On the viewing list, whichever stage is being described turns red and grows; the three operating stages of the asset management PMS sit on one red growth curve; words the narration already says are not written on screen again.
03
20+ data points, one color rule
Numbers and labels over video footage are always white with a soft shadow; on light grey or white interface pages, numbers are brand red and labels are black. All twenty-plus data points follow this one rule, so viewers see the key point without searching.
04
AI-made everyday scenes that look shot on camera
Shots without enough live footage were generated with AI: a young woman watching a live home tour in a café, a mother coming home with her child, a cleaner wiping a table. The people are written as ordinary people from everyday life, with real skin texture and light from windows and lamps, so they cut seamlessly with Ziroom's own footage.
03 / Scene Breakdown
Six parts to understand Ziroom's four tech products.
Film · 00:07–00:34
Opening: from the city to the platform
Tags and connecting lines pop up over glass towers and streams of light run through the city along the roads; “15 years · 1 million homes” lands in the center. Then four white cards show Ziroom's four apps side by side, each with three data points, ending on “Ziroom AI Tech Platform.”
Clip · 00:07–00:15
Tags grow on towers, light streams through the city
Tags and connecting lines appear over aerial shots of glass towers while two streams of light race down the road, as the narration says urban living is entering the era of professional operators.
Clip · 00:22–00:29
Four cards, four products
Four white cards line up on a light grey background: Ziroom App, Ziroom Owner App, Ziroom Asset Management PMS and Super Property, each counting up three red data points.
Film · 00:34–01:41
Chapter 1: Ziroom App, faster home-finding for renters
From street crowds and a bird's-eye view of the city to finding a home: a viewing list explains before, during and after viewings, then signing and payment, and finally the smart lock and cleaning after moving in.
Clip · 00:40–00:47
App icons above the crowd
Ziroom App icons pop up above people on the street while “170 million+ Ziroom App downloads” rises on the right; a white flash cuts to a city overhead view and a real recording of map-based search.
Clip · 00:49–00:56
Live home tours in a café
A young woman in a café watches a live home tour on her phone, the screen showing a real livestream recording; the white numbers beside her count up to 18.26 million live viewings, then show the average 4.2-day search time.
Clip · 00:59–01:06
One viewing list, three stages
Before, during and after viewing are linked by a line across the top; whichever stage is being described turns red and grows, the phone in the middle switches to that page, and a note card appears beside it.
Clip · 01:31–01:39
After moving in: smart lock and cleaning
A mother opens the door and walks in with her child while the phone on the right shows the lock and repair/cleaning pages; then a cleaner wipes a table as white text on the left lists cleaning frequency and response times.
Film · 01:41–02:46
Chapter 2: Ziroom Owner App, letting a single home made simple
How owners hand over their home, receive a letting plan and sign without being there, how renovation stays visible from start to finish, and finally a tenant moving in to show how fast homes are let.
Clip · 01:52–02:00
Four ways to entrust a home, all in one phone
Real pages for online listing, online consultation, the 400 hotline and the owners' livestream sit on both sides of the phone; each one slides into the phone as it is mentioned, ending on 1.6 million livestream listings.
Clip · 02:06–02:12
Market data and cases become one letting plan
Pages of local market data, recent deals and tenant profiles converge into a tailored letting plan, which slides into the phone with a “plan delivered” notification.
Clip · 02:18–02:27
From bare shell to furnished, visible all the way
“Layout marking” appears in a bare concrete flat, site photos lift out of the phone and enlarge, and it ends in a furnished living room; the phone on the right shows the matching renovation diary.
Clip · 02:32–02:39
Let in 14 days
A tenant pulls a suitcase through the door, a “tenant credit system” tag on the left and white text on the right: homes managed by Ziroom are let in 14 days on average.
Film · 02:46–03:28
Chapter 3: Ziroom Asset Management PMS, letting a whole building made simple
From live footage of the building to an aerial view of the community, then a red growth curve that links the signing and renovation stage, the ramp-up stage and the stable stage, with the real PMS interface on a laptop.
Clip · 02:54–03:03
From one building to a whole community
Live footage of the building cuts to an aerial view of the community as white numbers on the right count up the buildings, units and occupancy rate.
Clip · 03:06–03:12
One curve, three stages
A red growth curve on white marks three stages; the camera pushes in to “Signing + renovation,” the laptop shows the real PMS pages, and a red box states the conclusion for that stage.
Film · 03:28–04:00
Chapter 4: Super Property, making housekeepers' work easier
From the store and the morning meeting to the Super Property app in housekeepers' hands: serving owners, serving renters and managing inventory all happen on one phone, and four numbers show each housekeeper's workload.
Clip · 03:34–03:42
The store, the morning meeting, the housekeeper's phone
The camera pushes toward a Ziroom store, cuts to the 9:00 morning meeting, then looks over a housekeeper's shoulder at the Super Property app scrolling under her finger.
Clip · 03:46–03:53
Serving owners, serving renters
A housekeeper holds her phone beside the tag “Serving owners · from plan to lease”; then a male colleague looks down at his phone and the tag changes to “Serving renters · from search to settling in.”
Film · 04:00–04:56
Closing: real voices, and AI's next step
After the product, engineering and operations teams at work come real reviews from owners and renters; Ziroom's AI architecture diagram and four AI assistants in conversation show what comes next, ending on “Ziroom AI · Reshaping a better renting life.”
Clip · 04:03–04:10

Case Study
Liandan AI Studio × Ziroom | Four rental tech products, one film, two days
Ahead of Ziroom's 15th-anniversary event, we received a 27-shot script.
The subject was the Ziroom AI Tech Platform: four apps and twenty-plus data points, from renters finding homes and owners letting them to running a whole building and the work of front-line housekeepers.
Two days later, a 4 min 56 s promo film and a 6048×1882 wide big-screen version arrived at the event.

Each shot is a web animation, so changes are fast
Most of the film is product screens, data and charts. We built every shot as a web animation: phone frames, page transitions, counting numbers and growing curves are all drawn in code, rendered frame by frame into video, then paired with voiceover and music.
The first complete draft was ready just over two hours after we received the script. The client then gave seven rounds of feedback, such as “whichever stage of the viewing list is being described should turn red and grow.” That meant changing a few lines of code and re-rendering the shot in minutes,so most feedback made it into a new version the same day.

02
Real screens, and scenes that look shot on camera
The client set one rule: every app page in the film must come from Ziroom's own screenshots and recordings, with no AI-generated interfaces. Phones and laptops are just frames; every screen inside them is the real product. We replaced all real names, addresses and phone numbers with fictional ones; the signature on the contract page is a made-up name.
Shots without enough live footage were generated with AI: a young woman watching a livestream in a café, a mother coming home with her child, a cleaner wiping a table. The client wanted the people to feel “more real and down-to-earth,” so we wrote them as ordinary people: no skin smoothing, no influencer faces, light from windows and lamps, so they cut seamlessly with Ziroom's live footage.

03
20+ data points, one color rule
The film carries twenty-plus data points: 170 million+ downloads, 5 million+ renters searching online each month, an average letting time of 14 days… With that many numbers, messy colors leave viewers unable to find the point.
We agreed on a rule by scene type with the client:text over video footage is always white, with a soft shadow that follows the letterforms;on light grey or white interface pages, numbers and units are Ziroom red and labels are black. No white boxes, no glows; if text is hard to read, we move it to a cleaner part of the frame.
Over video: numbers and labels all in whiteOn light interface pages: numbers in brand red, labels in black
04
One shot, one point
The client wanted the visuals as simple as possible. Each shot keeps only what its line of narration needs: one subject, one point. The four chapters open with the same chapter card; six payment options sit beside the phone and each flies in as it is mentioned; words the narration already says are not written on screen again.
Clip · 01:14–01:22
Each page flies into the phone as it is mentioned
Real pages such as Huilei, Qiyuehui and housing-fund direct payment sit on both sides and slide into the phone one by one with the narration.
05
The same film, on an extra-wide big screen
Besides standard 16:9 screens, the venue had a 6048×1882 wide screen, about 3.2:1. Instead of stretching the picture, we centered the 16:9 film, filled both sides with a blurred extension of the same image and placed the Ziroom and “15 Years of Elegance” logos there; at the end card the side logos leave, keeping only the end card in the middle.

What this project achieved
For a company, technology is the hardest thing to explain: many features, many numbers, many screens. This film puts the real product screens in the lead, links the four products along one service chain of finding, letting, operating and housekeeping, and uses one color system and layout so every data point has its place.
For people learning AI video, it shows another way to use AI: not just generating images, but also writing motion code, voiceover and music with AI,finishing and revising an information-heavy corporate film in two days.
FAQ
FAQ
Can the app interfaces in a corporate promo be generated with AI?
Not in this project. Ziroom required every app page to come from real screenshots and recordings; we only built the motion around them, such as phone frames, page transitions and zoom-ins. Real names, addresses and phone numbers in the screenshots were replaced with fictional details.
How long does a product promo take from script to delivery?
Ziroom's 4 min 56 s film took two days from receiving the 27-shot script to delivering the full film and the wide big-screen version. The first complete draft was ready just over two hours after the script arrived, then revised point by point through seven rounds of client feedback.
Can you make a version for an extra-wide event screen?
Yes. This project delivered both the 1920×1080 film and a 6048×1882 wide big-screen version: the film is centered, both sides are filled with a blurred extension of the same image, and brand logos are added.
With so much data in the film, how do you keep it readable?
With one color rule by scene type: numbers and labels over video footage are white with a soft shadow, numbers on light interface pages are brand red with black labels, and each shot highlights only one point.
Approach
Code for motion, AI for scenes, sound timed to the picture.
Each shot is a web animation: phone frames, page transitions, counting numbers, growing curves and chapter cards are drawn in code and rendered frame by frame, so a change only means redoing that one shot. Everyday scenes without enough live footage were first generated as AI images, then turned into video.
Narration uses AI voiceover, with names like Ziroomer and Qiyuehui read the way the client specified; the music was AI-generated and then edited chapter by chapter to match the picture's rhythm. The film opens and closes with Ziroom's 15th-anniversary package, on-screen titles use Ziroom's brand fonts and subtitles use Source Han Sans.
