What happens at each of the 9 steps
The first three steps get the project ready. We review your brief and references and work out where AI will look best and what it can't do yet; within 1–2 business days we set the tier by visual difficulty and revision needs and send a quote; once the contract is signed and the 50% deposit is paid, we schedule the work and start.
- Script: we turn the brief into a shooting script that says what each shot shows, what is said and how long it runs
- Style and assets: we set the look and build the lead, recurring characters and main locations as fixed assets
- Storyboard frames: every shot becomes a still first, so you see framing, action and product placement in advance
- First cut (A copy): we generate the video and finish editing, AI voiceover, music, sound effects and subtitles
- Revised cut (B copy): we apply your notes on the first cut, then make the final fine-tuning
- Final delivery: you receive the film and the agreed project files and assets, and copyright transfers once the balance is paid
Why we make storyboard stills first
Video generation takes the most time and is the hardest part to change. So we first show you every shot as a still image and lock framing, character action and product placement at this step. Video always follows the approved storyboard frames; if it doesn't, that's on us and we fix it free of charge.
The style and assets step works the same way. How the lead looks, what they wear and what the main locations look like are made into design sheets for your approval, and every later shot is generated from them, so people and places stay consistent.
A real example: Geek Ideas
Geek Ideas, the second film in a series for Shenzhen Longgang Robot Street, started from a script in storyboard-table form. We first reworked the script so the lead has a reason to visit every location, then made design sheets for the lead Chen Yan, the wheel-legged robot and the street's locations, created a 4K storyboard frame for every shot, and after approval generated the video, voiced it and edited it.
The film runs 2:41. We received the script in late June 2026 and delivered the 4K final in early August. Midway the client revised the scripts for the whole series, but because the character and robot designs were already locked, every shot the new script didn't touch was reused as is.
What you do at each step
Your main job is to approve and consolidate feedback: approve the script, the look and main characters, and the storyboard frames; send your notes on the first cut in one batch; and keep notes on the revised cut to final fine-tuning. A simple “approved” by email or chat counts as sign-off, and please reply within 2 business days at each checkpoint.
The balance is due within one month of the final cut, and if no feedback is raised within 7 days of delivery, the work is deemed accepted.
