The six basics
These six items decide how the film is made and which tier it is quoted at, so the more specific the better:
- A one-line brief or story synopsis; an existing script or storyboard is even better
- Use and channels: launch-event screen, Douyin or WeChat Channels, trade show, TV
- 2–3 style references: films or images you like
- Length and aspect ratio: landscape, vertical, or several sizes
- Delivery date: any fixed release or event day
- Voiceover and language: AI or human, Chinese, English or several languages
Helpful extras if you have them
When Geek Ideas for Longgang Robot Street began, the client gave us a storyboard-table script, real photos of the street, its brand plan and the entrance logo file, and we built the parts supermarket, the AI 6S Store frontage and Robot Avenue from those photos.
- Real photos of locations, products and people
- Brand plans, brochures and logo files
- Product UI screenshots and screen recordings
- Design drawings or renderings of places not yet built
- Places, figures and wording that must appear
Agree on the acceptance standard and contacts
At the quote stage, please agree on 1–2 benchmark works with us; reaching their level means the work meets the standard. After signing we set up a project group and name a contact for each step, and things go much more smoothly when that contact can make decisions.
Leave time for approvals
Please send consolidated feedback within 2 business days at each checkpoint. Send each round of feedback in one go; notes sent in several pieces still count as one round. If you have a fixed release date, tell us at kickoff and we schedule around it.
