Benchmark works as the acceptance standard
“Does it look good?” is hard to pin down, so at the quote stage we ask you to agree on 1–2 benchmark works with us. Every later step is compared against them, so we don't find out at the end that we pictured different things. If you're unsure about the result, you can order a sample first.
Accept stage by stage, not just at the end
Acceptance doesn't start on delivery day. Script, style and assets, storyboard frames, first cut and revised cut are each approved before we move on, and video always follows the approved storyboard frames.
For shots approved only in text, we send them to you while generating; if an action is beyond what AI can do, we propose an alternative on the spot and continue only with your agreement, so nothing surprises you at delivery.
What counts as an objective error
These are fixed free at any time before final and don't count as revision rounds:
- AI glitches: the wrong number of fingers, a running horse that loses a leg, objects clipping through each other
- Typos, or subtitles that don't match the voiceover
- Mismatches with the approved script or assets: a character's face changes, or a location isn't consistent
- Factual errors: costumes or props from the wrong era, or wrong brand information
Pre-delivery checks and the acceptance window
Pre-delivery checks need care. For the Shanghai Double Five Shopping Festival Digital Life Week film, all text was checked frame by frame after the switch to 4K; for the BGI Genpilot launch film, small text was standardized in size and color for viewing distance on the big screen.
If no feedback is raised within 7 days of final delivery, the work is deemed accepted.
