Ways to make films about Kunming with AI
Kunming is the Spring City, with flowers in every season; in winter black-headed gulls arrive at Dianchi Lake and Green Lake, and the Western Hills and the Stone Forest nearby are familiar travel icons. Ideas:
- Dianchi Lake and the gulls: flocks over the Haigeng Dam and the Western Hills reflected in the water, as winter tourism shorts updated each year before the season.
- The Dounan flower market and the city's blooms: the market at dawn, flower fields and flowers on the street, as a four-season series.
- The Stone Forest: a landscape of standing rock pillars in a creative single-shot fly-through, for scenic-area promotion and study tours.
- Green Lake and the old streets: lakeside walks, street snacks and crossing-the-bridge noodles in slow-paced vertical shorts on city life.
How Kunming projects run remotely, and when we travel
We are based in Longgang, Shenzhen, and projects in other cities can run fully remotely: briefs and reviews over video calls, script, style, storyboards and first cut approved step by step in a project group, the film reviewed online and delivered via cloud drive.
When meeting in person or being on site matters, we can send people to you—for a kickoff meeting, a location recce with reference photos, or on-site playback support on event day. Travel and accommodation are listed separately in the quote.
Work worth a look for clients in Kunming
We have not yet done a local project in Kunming. Start with Colors of Hongze, which arranges lake waters, wetland flower fields and an old town into color chapters; the NDRC Mid-Autumn Festival Greeting Video, which uses realistic vertical landscapes; and Exploring Longgang: An Intangible Heritage Scroll for weaving old streets and local culture together.
Pricing and timeline for Kunming projects
We take on projects from a few thousand to several hundred thousand yuan, priced by running time and production tier; a 1–2 minute film usually takes about two weeks, and a sample demo can be ready the same day. Rush production is available; timeline and price are agreed case by case.
