How AI Can Make Films for Xiamen
Xiamen is a garden city by the sea, and its islands, old streets and Minnan customs all suit AI:
- Gulangyu: old villas, narrow lanes and piano music drifting out of windows, in a musical island walk short for tourism campaigns.
- Huandao Road and the coastline: ride along the sea from the beach into the sunset, for a city image film or a promo for a city running event.
- The Mid-Autumn dice game: a family gathered around a bowl rolling dice, in a holiday greeting or a brand's Mid-Autumn campaign video that is instantly Xiamen.
- Red-brick Minnan houses and swallowtail ridges: zoom in on the red bricks, swallowtail roof ridges and patterned tiles in a culture short about Minnan architecture.
- Shapowei and satay noodles: a neighborhood made from an old typhoon shelter, street-side satay noodles and oyster omelets, in a vertical food and must-visit series.
Working Remotely, and When We Travel to Xiamen
We are based in Longgang, Shenzhen, and projects in other cities can run fully remotely: briefs and reviews over video calls, script, style, storyboards and first cut approved step by step in a project group, the film reviewed online and delivered via cloud drive.
When meeting in person or being on site matters, we can send people to you—for a kickoff meeting, a location recce with reference photos, or on-site playback support on event day. Travel and accommodation are listed separately in the quote.
Projects Worth Seeing for Xiamen
We have not yet done a local project in Xiamen. For Mid-Autumn subjects, see the NDRC Mid-Autumn Festival Greeting Video, which pairs six sets of verses with landscapes and moonlight; for a fine-brush Chinese-style Mid-Autumn scroll, see the NDRC Mid-Autumn Chinese-Style Video; for summery landmark shorts about a city, see “Lychee Longgang.”
Pricing and Timeline for Projects in Xiamen
We take on projects from a few thousand to several hundred thousand yuan, priced by running time and production tier; a 1–2 minute film usually takes about two weeks, and a sample demo can be ready the same day. Rush production is available; timeline and price are agreed case by case.
