Must match the script
When and how fast each backdrop changes depends on the actors’ lines and blocking.
A backdrop has to follow the show: which line triggers which image, how fast it moves, all in step with the performers. Screens are often ultra-wide or irregular, so ordinary video gets stretched or leaves empty sides—and hand-painted art can lose its brushwork the moment it starts to move.
We start from your screen size and script, then plan each scene’s backdrop—content, length and transitions. Original art is animated with fixed framing, slow drift and small local movement so impasto, collage and paper-cut textures survive; new imagery is generated in the production’s style, and you get scene-by-scene files ready to play.

Move a painting too much and the paint seems to melt—it stops looking like the original.
