Too much, too little time
Buildings, industries, honors, goals—it won’t all fit in a minute or two, and nobody remembers it anyway.
An opener has a minute or two to set out the theme, the host city and the achievements—and to settle a room of people just taking their seats. Usually the brief is long, the data dense and the deadline tight, and it ends up as slides flipping by.
We boil the brief down to one easy-to-follow line—a character as guide, or a journey descending over the city—with a concrete scene for each figure. Visuals are built to your screen’s ratio, and the music hits the lighting and host cues.

Buildings, industries, honors, goals—it won’t all fit in a minute or two, and nobody remembers it anyway.
Future cities, data flows and industry visions can’t be filmed, and stock footage doesn’t look like your city.
The script is final late, leaving only weeks for production, and each change squeezes it further.
A character, journey or prop links each section, so the audience just follows along.
We rebuild the city from photos of local landmarks, so the audience knows it’s home at a glance.
Output, company counts and talent figures appear in the matching parks, streets and labs.
Wide, ultra-wide or a stage screen partly blocked by a podium—layout and text are planned for it.
A flight over parks, companies and labs that turns a year of results into one journey.
Visuals follow the theme song—everyday scenes in the verses, the theme in big type on the chorus.
The event or city mascot guides the audience through each section—friendly and memorable.
Product elements light up one by one; at zero, the key visual appears and the presenter takes the stage.
Each step comes to you for approval before we move on.
Theme, content and figures to cover, screen dimensions, and any mascot or key visual.
We propose a one-to-two-minute storyline, then storyboard stills so you can confirm each part.
We generate the visuals, add music, sound and text, and cut a first draft to your screen’s ratio.
We deliver the giant-screen version plus standard and vertical cuts for posting after the event.
