Unusual screen ratios
Wide, short screens with a lectern blocking the bottom—a standard 16:9 film either leaves gaps or stretches.
An opener lasts a minute or two but sets the mood for the whole event. The usual problems: the venue screen has an odd ratio and a normal video leaves the sides empty; the year’s numbers are many and a slideshow feels flat; and the event is only weeks away—no time to shoot.
Once we have the screen size and run-of-show, every frame is composed for that screen from the start. A character or a single camera journey carries the year’s figures and highlights, cuts land on the beat, and the film ends on the event theme and slogan just as the host steps in.

Rush production is available; timeline and price are agreed case by case.
Wide, short screens with a lectern blocking the bottom—a standard 16:9 film either leaves gaps or stretches.
Revenue, growth, new clients, new plants—figures flashing by don’t stick and don’t lift the room.
Themes get set late; with weeks to go there’s no time to book locations, cast and crew.
Images are drawn to the venue ratio from the start, keeping text and subjects clear of the lectern; ultra-wide and irregular screens fill edge to edge.
Each figure gets its own scene and appears along a journey, so the audience watches a story, not a report.
We lock the music first, then place shots so beats, transitions and the slogan line up and the room feels the lift.
No shoot needed—work starts once materials arrive, and a 1–2 minute opener usually has a first cut in about a week.
The year’s work and wins, ending on next year’s slogan as the lights come up and the host walks on.
A theme song set to scenes of the city, industry and people—for summit and forum openings.
Short links between segments and nominee intros before awards, in the same look as the opener.
If you have a mascot or IP, it leads the audience on a flight over your sites and businesses.
Each step comes to you for approval before we move on.
Screen resolution and size, lectern position, event theme and slogan, plus this year’s figures and highlights.
One or two concepts; once you choose, we make storyboard stills at screen ratio showing how figures appear.
We generate the video, add music and sound, animate the figures and slogan in large type, and cut a first draft.
We export to the venue’s playback spec for an on-screen test, plus landscape and vertical cuts for social after the event.
